We strive to provide our staff with the tools necessary to stay motivated and succeed. We gather for an employee-led brown bag lunch each month to share knowledge and expertise. Whenever a team member attends a seminar, learns something worth communicating, or wants to share a level of expertise with the rest of the staff, we huddle or share the insights.
We also like fun. Every Friday the staff enjoys an hour of chatting around the conference room table while enjoying “wine:thirty”. We benefit from unexpected casual days and deck out in Cubs gear when opening day rolls around. Cookies often bake in the oven — if office mainstay Weimaraner Jack Bauer didn’t eat them already! And more than one (computer) mouse has been taped to a desk in a playful office prank.
